Albert Ward

Biography

An actor and writer raised in a large family from Newcastle in the north of England. Albert gave up a 27 year career with British Airways to become a full time mature student. He graduated in 2020 with an MA Acting degree from Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.

Whilst in Germany he was production co-ordinator for the Welton Theatre and directed “Wait until Dark” for the BFG Theatre festival .

During his time in the uk he has undertaken many roles at Theatre Royal Lincoln and Key Theatre Peterborough.  His script “Unmasked” was published in 2021 as part of a Covid Drama series for DDArts Birmingham .

He is currently organising a group in Barcelona designed to bring actors and writers together to workshop and collaborate.

 His Dream Role is Antonio  in “The Merchant of Venice”.
