Biography

Kate Shenton is originally from the UK and has lived in, Italy, Germany and now is based in Barcelona.

Kate has been acting since she was very young and has been working across all theatrical media for the last 14 years. She works as an actress, voice artist, acting & voice coach and director.

She trained at The Oxford School of Drama & Guildford School of Acting (GSA) and enjoys all aspects of acting for screen.

Kate has a passion for the outdoors, and spends as much time as possible in the hills of Cataluña with her two dogs, Lenny and Chicken, regularly hiking.

She has great comic timing and often is given the comedic roles but also thrives on playing more deeply complex characters where she enjoys the challenge for an audience to connect to her vulnerability and grow from the story. Kate’s worked with leading and award winning directors and theatre companies as well as offering her artistic input into devising processes.
