Sandrine Rendu

Biography

Artist’s soul. Chameleonic, intuitive, and creative.
Multifaceted, I began with a sports career, expressing myself through figure skating and artistic gymnastics, even reaching the French championships. I studied Applied Arts: painting, art history … While I knew how to express myself physically as a dancer and artistically, I was interesed in learning how to put words to these emotions. I entered directly into the second year of the renowned Parisian school of Dramatic Art «Les Cours Florent,» followed by «Studio Pygmalion,» focused on acting in front of the camera, with which we filmed for film festivals. I was selected as one of the Cannes Film Festival’s Talented Actors. My first experience was in Marie Antoinette by Sofia Coppola, with five hours of daily fitting it was an unforgettable shoot.
My goal: Continue creating, innovating, and encounter characters. The film set and the stage make me feel at home, and teamwork brings unique experiences.
