Stephan Wiks
Biography
Stephan Wiks is an Actor born in Montreal, and now based in Barcelona.
He speaks fluent French, English and Spanish…
He landed his first gig at the age of twelve, doing character voices for a touring Puppet Theatre Company.
During the 80’s, he performed Improvisation, and studied Fine Arts. In the 90’s he played in many underground music bands, while earning a University diploma in Literary Studies, and working as a production assistant and a freelance video editor.
After settling in Barcelona, in the early 2000’s, he became a professional Street Theatre Performer, blending Mime, Clown, and Living Statue, and travelling through festivals and events in Spain, Italy, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, and notably in Montreal at the 2002 Just for Laughs Festival.
Since 2011, he has also performed and toured with various Theatre Companies (notably earning the «Sir Micheal Caine Drama Award» in Leatherhead 2015).
He performs Comedy and Drama as an Actor, Voice Actor, and Entertainer for Film, TV, Theatre, and various projects, both private and public.
