Ralph Angrick

I was born in Essen, Germany, and my passion for the performing arts began during a school theater play—it was a moment that changed everything for me. I spent my early years between Germany and Austria, where I grew to love not just the arts but also the outdoors. Now living in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, I’ve shaped a life that blends creativity, movement, and adventure.
With a background in contemporary dance, modern dance, and yoga, movement has always been my way of expressing myself. Music has been a constant inspiration, fueling my creativity and connection to storytelling. I’ve always been drawn to film’s ability to inspire and connect people, and it’s a big part of why I love what I do.
Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to live, study, and work in some incredible places—Italy, Australia, Israel, the USA, Switzerland, Portugal, and Canada. Each place has left its mark on me, shaping how I see the world. My time in Canada was especially important because it’s where I studied the Meisner Technique with Jacqueline McClintock. The principle of «living truthfully under imaginary circumstances» has been at the heart of my approach ever since.
When I’m not creating or performing, you’ll probably find me outside—hiking, swimming in the Mediterranean, or just enjoying the beauty of nature. For me, life is about movement, connection, and telling stories that feel real.
